1. Deposits and Initial Payments
Project deposits and setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced. This includes:

- Account setup
- Initial consultations
- Advertising campaign preparation
These activities involve dedicated time and resources immediately after project onboarding.
2. Website Design & Development Services
Because websites are custom-built projects:
- Refunds are not available for completed work
- Partial refunds may be considered only for work not yet started
- Approved milestones and completed phases are non-refundable
Clients are encouraged to review deliverables carefully during each revision stage.
3. Marketing Services
Marketing services including SEO, paid advertising, and social media management are non-refundable once campaigns, optimizations, or management activities have begun.
Marketing performance may vary due to:
- Market conditions
- Competition
- Platform algorithm changes
- Customer behavior
- Advertising policies
As such, specific results or revenue increases cannot be guaranteed.
4. Subscription and Maintenance Services
Monthly services such as:
- Hosting
- Maintenance
- SEO retainers
- Ongoing marketing management
may be canceled with written notice according to the service agreement. Payments already processed for the current billing period are generally non-refundable.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refund requests due to exceptional circumstances will be reviewed individually at the discretion of SRY Digital. Approval of refunds is not guaranteed.
6. Chargebacks
Clients agree to contact SRY Digital directly to resolve any billing concerns before initiating chargebacks or payment disputes with their financial institution.
